How should I properly trim my candle?
Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. This ensures a clean, even melt pool and prevents the wick from catching the wax, which can cause soot buildup and uneven burning.
What is the recommended burn time?
For optimal scent throw and longevity, we recommend burning your candle for 4 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface of the jar.
How should I store my candles?
Keep your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat and light can cause the wax to soften and the fragrance to fade prematurely.
Is it safe to leave a candle unattended?
For safety, we recommend extinguishing your candle when leaving the room. Always keep a fire extinguisher nearby and never burn candles while sleeping or in the presence of children.
What should I do if my candle won't melt?
If your candle has a cold spot in the middle, it is likely due to a long break between burns. To fix this, simply allow the candle to burn for 1 hour at a time until the entire pool is melted.
